We collect only the information you choose to give us — through the membership application, the scholarship form, the contact form, the newsletter subscription, or a donation. This may include your name, parentage, date of birth, gotra, ancestral place, address, mobile number, email address, occupation, photograph and identity proof.

How we use it

• To verify and maintain your membership record and issue your membership card.
• To assess scholarship and welfare applications.
• To send you the newsletter, event invitations and community notices.
• To issue receipts and comply with financial and audit requirements.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Identity documents submitted for verification are used only for that purpose and are seen only by authorised office-bearers.
